01 · Industry Challenge

Converters need stable print, faster changeovers, and predictable uptime

Flexible packaging plants face tighter register tolerances, shorter job runs, rising material costs, and limited engineering bandwidth on the shop floor. Buying a press without process support leaves those risks on the converter.

02 · Our Response

CI platforms, servo control, and digital service in one manufacturing system

LISHG Machinery develops CI, gearless, and stack platforms with in-house machining, documented FAT, and digital after-sales channels — so mechanical design, electrical integration, and process trials stay under one roof.

03 · Our Commitment

Help plants reach consistent production after installation

Practical scope: application matching, factory-proven machines, commissioning support, operator training, spare-parts follow-up, and remote diagnosis after the press leaves the factory.

Our Core Values

Engineering behaviors — not generic slogans

Each value describes how LISHG designs, builds, inspects, and supports flexo presses on converter floors.

01

Continuous Engineering Improvement

Optimize machine structure, upgrade servo control logic, and iterate functions based on real converter production feedback.

02

Process-Based Quality Consistency

Stabilize printing performance through standardized inspection, assembly discipline, and documented FAT criteria before shipment.

03

Delivery Reliability

Keep machining, assembly, and acceptance under one campus system so configuration changes and export schedules remain auditable.

04

Long-Term Customer Partnership

Support plants after installation with commissioning, operator training, spare-parts readiness, and digital ticket follow-up.

Innovation, R&D & Digital Capabilities

R&D directions mapped to press platforms

Precision, efficiency, and digital service — each direction follows milestones on the company timeline.

R&D follows the same technical path recorded in our timeline: stack production (2007), CI platform engineering (2013), 150–300 m/min CI releases (2015–2017), gearless drive development (2016) through Master Series gearless CI (2022), sleeve CI options (2024), and digital service / scan-to-report tickets (2025–2026).

R&D direction

Precision

Mechanical and servo work focused on register accuracy — from early CI platforms (2013–2015) to gearless CI (2022) for continuous film and laminate runs.

R&D direction

Efficiency

Platform work on changeover and scrap reduction — including sleeve CI configurations (2024) and gearless drives that shorten job setup versus shafted layouts.

R&D direction

Digital service

Remote diagnosis channels and machine-side tickets (2025–2026) so plants can open spare-parts and troubleshooting requests from the press QR code.

Digital Capabilities

Digital Capabilities

From 2026, applicable presses can include an onboard scan-to-report path: operators open a service ticket from the machine QR code for remote diagnosis and spare-parts follow-up.

Responsible Manufacturing

Practical efficiency — for the press and the plant

Statements tied to servo systems, scrap reduction, equipment life, and campus practice — without unverified energy claims.

Servo-driven platforms

Servo-driven CI and gearless configurations support efficient motion control versus older mechanical drive layouts on applicable models.

Lower material loss in production

Register stability and shorter changeover work reduce scrap during setup and continuous runs — a direct cost and waste benefit for converters.

Long-life mechanical design

In-house machining of frames and rollers supports structural durability when presses are maintained to factory guidelines.

Efficient Manufacturing Practice

Integrated machining, assembly, and trials on one campus reduce redundant logistics between suppliers and shorten rework loops before shipment.
