Production campus

LISHG Machinery runs an integrated campus in Ruian for flexo press production: structural welding, gantry machining, Mazak CNC, assembly, register checks, and sample-center trials. Hardware display follows one chain — equipment → manufacturing capability → converter benefit: stable print, controllable delivery, and documented FAT.

Shipment packs typically include QC records, English operation manuals, electrical diagrams, and optional live-trial documentation. Buyers can request video or on-site review of machining and assembly before order confirmation — Application Engineering Support, not catalog-only claims.

FAT · Factory Acceptance Test

Standardized acceptance — not an ad-hoc workshop check

Six documented stages from raw-material inspection to final FAT report issuance before the press leaves the factory.

    Raw material inspection

    Incoming steel, castings, and purchased critical components are checked against drawings and material certificates before machining release.

  2. 02

    CNC precision testing

    Gantry and Mazak CNC outputs for frames, rollers, and drive parts are verified against register-critical dimensional tolerances.

  3. 03

    Assembly & preliminary debugging

    Drive trains, drying modules, web path, and electrical systems are assembled and dry-run for interlock, tension, and motion readiness.

  4. 04

    Substrate printing trial & register verification

    Optional live substrate trials confirm color/register behavior and drying response against the buyer’s application targets.

  5. 05

    Continuous running aging test

    Sustained running validates thermal stability, tension consistency, and mechanical reliability before packing for export.

  6. 06

    Documentation sorting & final FAT report issuance

    QC records, English manuals, electrical diagrams, and the FAT report are compiled for buyer sign-off before the press leaves the factory.

2026 milestone Onboard digital after-sales

Machine-mounted QR: scan to open a global service ticket

In 2026 LISHG introduced a digital after-sales channel built into the press. Plant operators scan the machine QR code to submit a repair / support request from any location. The ticket routes remote diagnosis intake and spare-parts follow-up — reducing email-only handoffs for overseas lines.
